Mission Statement
Child Abuse has become a plague upon the world. However, Jeff Kerns, our founder and President, saw that this terrible onslaught was not getting the response from the public it truly deserved. He recognized a need for raising awareness, tougher laws and for counseling to be more readily available to the victims. With these ideas in mind, Knights Of The Innocent was born. Jeff was able to put together a team of like minded individuals, many of whom served as National Officers with other children's organizations, who believed in his vision. They understood the damage being done to our children and how that affects our future. Knights Of The Innocent are legal protectors of children’s rights. We will organize campaigns to create change of local, state and federal laws. We will assist to educate and create public awareness of Child Abuse. We will assist with monetary aid for counseling of Abused Children. We will support the victims and their families at court hearings. We are a nonprofit children’s advocacy organization. You need nothing to be a member but a good heart and a passion for stopping Child Abuse. Knights Of The Innocent’s ultimate goal is to “Stop the Hurt Before it Starts”
